Detroit & Dearborn Family Visits
More time together. Room for the visit.
When family comes to town, your everyday car may not fit everyone. A luxury rental can give you the extra seats you need for visits, outings and the trips between home and the hotel.
Corsa Nero offers the Cadillac Escalade Platinum, Mustang GT and two Corvettes from our Dearborn base. Here is how to choose a car around the people coming, the bags they are bringing and the time you have together.
Start With the Busiest Day of the Visit
Count everyone who will be in the car at the same time, including the driver. Two relatives staying for a week and six relatives joining one afternoon call for different arrangements. Choose for the largest group you actually need to transport, not just the number of guests staying overnight.
Think about where the day starts. If some guests are at your home in Dearborn and others are at a Detroit hotel, one planned pickup can be easier than coordinating several cars at each stop. If everyone has separate plans, an additional rental may be more useful than trying to keep the whole group on one schedule.
The car should fit the visit. You do not need to book the largest vehicle for a day with one guest, or squeeze a larger group into a coupe because it is the car you like most.

Which Rental Fits Your Family's Plans?
Three Rows · Seven Occupants
Cadillac Escalade Platinum
The Escalade is the first vehicle to consider when more of the family needs to ride together. Its three rows seat up to seven people in total, including the driver. It suits family gatherings, visits between relatives and outings where keeping the group in one vehicle matters.
From $550 per day

2024 Ford Mustang GT
The Mustang is an option for a smaller group that wants a V8 coupe for the visit. It has four seats, but its rear seating is not equivalent to an SUV's. Consider who will use those seats and how long you will be driving before choosing it for several adults.
From $395 per day

C7 Corvette Grand Sport
If a relative has always wanted to experience a Corvette, the C7 can make an afternoon together feel different. Its two seats fit one approved driver and one passenger. Choose it for time with one person, with separate transportation for the rest of the group.

C8 Corvette
The C8 offers a different Corvette design, with its engine behind the cabin. Like the C7, it seats two in total. It is a choice for a drive with one guest rather than family transport, especially when the car itself is part of what you want to share.

A vehicle that fits your group for a local outing may not fit the same group with all their travel bags. In the Escalade, using every seat leaves less room for large suitcases. Folding a seat can create more cargo room, but that seat is then unavailable for a passenger.
For guests arriving with luggage, count the large suitcases, smaller bags and any bulky items before selecting the vehicle. A group that can travel comfortably together after leaving bags at the hotel may need a different arrangement for arrival day.
For the most useful recommendation, tell us your total occupant count and how many large bags will be in the vehicle at the same time. That is more helpful than describing the group as small or large.
Start Where It Makes Sense
Delivery in Dearborn and Metro Detroit
Corsa Nero offers free delivery within Dearborn. If you are hosting relatives at home, a coordinated delivery can save you a separate trip to collect the rental. Choose a handoff time when the approved driver will be present and available to review the vehicle.
For a hotel stay or another Metro Detroit location, send the address with your dates. Delivery outside Dearborn is available by arrangement and may carry a charge. For DTW arrivals, discuss the meeting location and timing with us as part of planning the rental.
Leave some time between handoff and the first family commitment. Loading bags, getting seated and setting navigation are easier when you are not already running late.
Book for the Days You Will Use It
A one day rental can cover a family outing or gathering. Several days may make more sense when guests are staying at a hotel, you have repeated trips between homes, or the group needs its own transportation throughout the visit.
Corsa Nero offers lower daily rates for rentals of multiple days. Compare the total for the dates you need rather than assuming an extra day saves money overall. Include the start and return times, expected mileage and any delivery cost when choosing the rental period.
If plans extend beyond Wayne County, arrange written approval before the rental. The standard approved driving area is Wayne County; delivery to another location does not automatically expand it.

Send your dates, preferred vehicle and group size. We will check availability and help you choose between space for the whole group and a car for a day with one guest.
Family Visit Rental Questions
Does the Escalade seat seven passengers plus the driver?
No. It accommodates seven occupants in total, including the approved driver. Luggage space also needs to be considered when all seats are occupied.
Can a visiting relative drive the rental?
Only if they complete approval and are named in the rental agreement. Let Corsa Nero know who plans to drive before booking. A valid license and qualifying insurance are required; being a family member does not replace driver approval.
Is a driver included with the car?
No. These are rentals you drive yourself, not chauffeur services. Choose a vehicle that the approved driver is comfortable operating.
Can the rental be delivered to a Dearborn address?
Yes, free delivery is offered within Dearborn. Arrange the address and handoff time with Corsa Nero for your booking. Other Metro Detroit locations are available by arrangement.
